September 10 Vocab and definitions

Faith:complete trust or confidence in someone or something.(I have complete  faith in you to grab me when I fall)
Threshold:a strip of wood, metal, or stone forming the bottom of a doorway and crossed in entering a house or room.(When I enter in my house I have to step on a threhold to enter.
Tarry:of, like, or covered with tar.(I tarried until my train came.)
Resolve:settle or find a solution to (a problem, dispute, or contentious matter).
Discern:perceive or recognize (something). I discern you from that party I whether to.
Martyr:a person who is killed because of their religious or other beliefs. (Jews were martyr when they got killed from the Nazi)
Mirth:amusement, especially as expressed in laughter.
Catechism:a summary of the principles of Christian religion in the form of questions and answers, used for the instruction of Christians.
Pious:devoutly religious.
Frenzy:a state or period of uncontrolled excitement or wild behavior. (Many people get frenzy during a huge party.)
